For many, barbecuing is not
just a holiday tradition, it’s a
way of life. If that describes
you—and you have an unusual
or custom barbecue grill—we
want to hear from you. Be
sure to include a photo. Those
selected will be published in
an upcoming issue of Ruralite.
We are always looking for
great pictures with interesting
stories behind them. Here are
two more ideas for photos we
would like to see.
Talk of the tailgaters. Janet and Mick Batchelor proudly display
their custom cooker-smoker. “We’ve taken it to Autzen Stadium twice
for a tailgater,” says Janet. “Both times it was game day, and both
times a film crew came around and filmed the cooker.” Photo submitted
by Janet Batchelor of Oakridge, Oregon.
Cool Cars
Do you own an awesome
car, truck, tractor or other
vehicle? It can be the prettiest,
ugliest, fastest or most-colorful vehicle around. Send
us a picture and tell us what
makes it so special. Watch for
selected photos in the August
2012 issue.
Holiday Favorites
The holidays provide some
of the best opportunities for
capturing special moments.
Send us your favorite holiday
picture. Please be sure to
identify the people in the
photo, as well as the story
behind it.
